It focuses on students in the 6th through 8th grades. The tool measures how different sources of belief affect academic performance. It consists of 12 total items. These items are divided into four subscales or factors. Each subscale contains three items. The four factors are personal experiences, vicarious experiences, social persuasions, and physiological situations. This instrument helps educators determine the outcome of a student's self-efficacy beliefs. It serves as a diagnostic tool for researchers and school leaders. The scale uses a 5-point Likert format for student responses.
