American Institutes for Research® partnered with the Annenberg Institute at Brown University to collect instruments related to student well-being.
Questions and scales are free to use in the public domain with email permission from developers. CAYCI offers paper or online survey formats, assistance with analyzing and understanding data, and a results report for a fee. Base fee per school starts at $350 for online data collection.
